Pay for our Recruitment Manager starts at $55,000 per year.
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing comprehensive year-round recruitment strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They will develop and foster community partnerships while providing a consistent image of the Council’s commitment to Girl Scouts and the community at large. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for volunteer recruitment, member identification, and growth. They create work plans for and supervise the Outside Sales team.
